The bottles have been sitting in the garage for a week and after yesterday's brewing, I fancied a beer, so one thing lead to another...

This isn't the official tasting as the labels aren't on yet, but I cracked one and poured it and was pleasantly surprised. A week in the bottle has given it some carbonation. It's nice and clear, with no strong aroma. There's a few mls of sediment. There's still a slight 'apple' overtone which hopefully will disappear with time. In all it's still a little bit young and I think it would be a bit uninteresting to drink a lot of, but I'm pleased with how it's turning out.
