After 8 days in the bottle I gave Electric Light a go last night and it's doing OK. It's definitely a light beer and not heavily carbonated and doesn't throw much of a head but it has a decent light citrus aroma with a piney finish which was pretty much what I had in mind. I'm tweaking the recipe for a bit more bitterness and want to try and improve the head retention, well, insofar as it actually has one but I'll have a crack at making a full batch in a couple of weeks.
